Lina Wurzmann

Lina was born in São Paulo, Brazil where she graduated in Business Administration. Lina had the opportunity to live 2 years in Moscow, Russia, where she studied her truth love: sculpture, with the Russian artist Vadim Kirilov.

Back to Brazil, Lina studied with many important artists learning different techniques such as ceramics, raku fire, stone, wood, metals, etc.

She began working with figurative sculptures. The human body was always the driving force behind her work, while the true desire was to bring movement into the material and subjects of her interest.
Today she dedicates herself to more innovative projects, also developing the use of new materials in large installations.

“Art has to be beautiful to the souls of the ones who look at my work; art has to bring passion inside” says the artist.
