Robin Lynne grew up in a small town in Ohio and knew at a very young age that she wanted to be an artist when she grew up. She has always been inspired by her environment and as a young adult felt a calling to move to the tropics and has resided in the Florida Keys for the lasts twenty years.
By day Robin is a high school college and career counselor who finds great joy in inspiring young people to follow their passions when searching for a career. In her spare time she follows her own heart in creating a magnificent imagery of colorful sensations suspended in space.
Robin has a unique process of transforming pigments and minerals with a transparent medium to create a multi layered translucent image that gives the illusion of gemstones of great depth and beauty suspended in space. Robin draws inspiration from the colorful tropical plants in her garden, the deep rich colors of the ocean that surrounds her and the magnificent Florida sunsets that fills her soul.
