ARTIST STATEMENT

"There are many essential elements to a satisfying visual experience. Incorporating both content and composition with vivid color and the desire to paint a variety of subject
matter are my most important goals.
Recognizing my desire for versatility, the viewer can experience a range of
emotions that are both satisfying
and compelling. Then - when the image I see in my 'minds eye' comes together on paper, the results are so emotionally exhilarating that I want to share the experience with others - that's when the fun really begins."
